5465.100-Spec - Customer Portal Phase II Changes

Purpose

EMEA would like to bring on several hundred customers for the next phase of the customer portal project. Maintaining this in the variant for the extract would not be manageable as we grow to that number.

Functional Requirement

Solution Summary

Use one of the unused Customer Attributes for customer part of the program. Enable a customer attribute and only those customers should be considered in the customer file.
Change the program so that it works for multiple sales organizations as part of selection criteria.
Change program “ZISD_EXT_EMEA_CUST_PORTAL” to filter customers which are not enabled with Customer Attribute 2 (KNA1-KATR2).

Customer Attribute2:

Turn on the functionality to allow the Customer Attribute 2 and populate with a value ’01’ and description of value to ‘B2B’. Change the description on the Customer attribute 2 to be “B2B Portal”.
